Kommerzhotel Koeln

Had a great experience during my Christmas stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room had a fine view of the local landmark and the train station. Beds were comfortable and the indoor parking was a plus. The hotel also had food and coffee options nearby, convenient during the holidays.

There was a strong smell of drains in the corridor and our room. Opening the window didn't help much.

The location of the hotel is ideal, right next to the main train station and a short walk from the cathedral and other attractions. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are also within walking distance.

Felt like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was in a fantastic location. Just a short walk away from the cathedral, main shops, and popular sights, it made exploring the city so convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, providing us with a relaxing retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants, and we enjoyed the friendly and helpful service from the staff. the hotel offered great facilities and advantages, such as a spacious room for three guests.

We were disappointed by the slow and poor connection of the wifi, which was quite frustrating.

Great location, just a stone's throw away from the train station and bus station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a basic gym which was a nice bonus. I had a minor issue with the towel hook in the bathroom and water spilling out on the floor during shower, but it was manageable. Despite these small inconveniences, I overall had a pleasant stay at Kommerzhotel Koln and would recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The central location was great, as it was right in front of the train station. This made it convenient for transportation and getting around the city. We loved that we could easily reach the messe by train. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and our room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The hotel facilities were also great, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast with a variety of delicious German food.
